To evaluate the performance of Brawijaya University Library in delivering services to its users and to listen to and absorb feedback from library users and stakeholders regarding their needs and expectations, the library conducted a “Community Satisfaction Index Survey.”
This survey is held annually to assess the success level of library services at Brawijaya University Library. The results serve as a basis for improving public service quality in the coming year. The results of the 2024 Community Satisfaction Survey by the UB Library Service Unit are as follows:
The UB Library’s Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) score for 2024 reached 97.52, with a Satisfaction Index Value of 3.90 (Service Quality: A) based on responses from 5,980 respondents, including lecturers, staff, students, alumni, the general public, and partners.
